Thank you for your interest in making a reservation for our high tea service. Please find below the terms and conditions that you should consider when making a reservation. By completing the reservation, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions.
- Reservation Changes and Cancellations:
Requests for reservation changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day reservation cancellations will require full payment.
- Late Arrivals and No-shows:
Please ensure prompt arrival at the scheduled time. Our high tea service is limited to 90 minutes to accommodate the next session. If you anticipate being late, please notify us in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
- Gluten-free Items:
While we make efforts to provide gluten-free items, please note that there is a possibility of cross-contamination due to the shared kitchen and oven space.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee 100% gluten-free products. Although we take precautions to minimize the risk, trace amounts of gluten may still be present.
Individuals with gluten sensitivities or dietary restrictions should exercise caution and make informed decisions based on their individual needs.
